Preparing Traditional Fall Foods with Gerry Kasten

The UBC Learning Circle will be live from Vij’s Kitchen at UBC for their first cooking session of the season. This session is about the relationship between healthy eating and wellness throughout the life course. Join Registered Dietitian Gerry Kasten and his sous chef Divina Ridley, as they explore some savory recipes from traditional First Nations seasonal foods. Gerry will also be sharing healthy food tips and discussing healthy ways of eating for children.
